Delete your account

Email hello@lumanaire.co.za from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We do it within 30 days, and we reply to confirm once it is done.

Send it from the account's own address if you can. If you cannot, tell us which club or society you scored for and we will verify it another way before deleting anything.

What is deleted straight away

• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your sign-in PIN.
• Any unused sign-in codes.
• Your ability to sign in.

What stays, and why

• Competitions, scorecards and results. These belong to the club that ran the competition, not to you.
• The record that an account made each correction to a card, with no name or email attached to it. Golf clubs settle prize disputes from that trail, so removing it would take a result's history away from people who are not you.
• Details you entered about other golfers. That information is theirs, not yours to delete. They can ask us directly, using the section below.
• Results pages that have already been published, until the organiser removes them.

Once your account is deleted, none of what remains identifies you. See the privacy policy for the detail.

You do not need an account, and you do not need to install anything. Your details reached us because a competition organiser entered them or because they were handwritten on a scorecard we were asked to read.

Email hello@lumanaire.co.za with:

• Your name as it appears on the result.
• The club, and the competition name or date. A link to the results page is ideal.

We will confirm who you are, remove or anonymise your details, and reply within 30 days. We may need to speak to the club that ran the competition, since the results are theirs.
