Book a club demo

Run a competition end to end, right here

Work through a competition in the order you would actually run it. Every number is computed by the same scoring engine that scores a real one.

Invented players on a fictional course. No demo here reads from a real competition. Why that matters

Try it yourself

Photograph the cards

The clubhouse window is behind you. Turn ninety degrees so the light falls across the card instead of bouncing off it.

Pick a photograph to see what comes back.

Cards are read on our side, so the desk keeps photographing while earlier ones are still being read.

Check only the exceptions

Seventy-two scores were read off this card. Three need a person. Settle all three and the card can be marked as checked — until then, it genuinely cannot be.

Hard to read

The digit on hole 7 could be a 6 or a 5. The same writer's 6 on hole 2 closes at the top; this one does not.

Step three

Apply the format and the allowance

Change either and every result is rebuilt. Two of these players finish level on points, and countback separates them without anybody intervening.

Handicap allowance

One result per player.

Two results are level on points. Countback has separated them on the back nine, and the ranks are marked so nobody has to wonder why.

Points, playing handicaps, countback figures and ranks all come from src/lib/scoring — the production engine.

Step four

Approve it, with the right person approving

A scorer can capture and check. Only an admin can lock a card and publish the result. Switch role and watch the controls change.

Staff rolesInteractive demo · synthetic data

The person photographing cards at the desk

Can
  • Photograph and upload cards
  • Resolve exceptions
  • Mark a card as checked
Cannot
  • Lock a card
  • Publish a result
  • Invite staff or change roles
On a checked card, this role sees:

A scorer is not shown lock and publish at all. The API refuses it too, not just the button.

These are the three roles the product has, with the permissions its API actually enforces.

Step five

Publish it, and let it travel

A published result opens from a link with no account. The QR codes below are real — point a phone at one.

Three ways a result travels

  • A linkWhatsApp, email, the club newsletter. Live today.
  • The phone's own share sheetStraight from the result screen. Live today.
  • A printed codeFor the bar, the tee box and the prize table. Set up for your club during implementation.

The useful demo

Bring us a card. We'll read it.

Everything above runs on a card we invented. The demo worth having is the one where we photograph a card from your last competition, in your members' handwriting, and read it while you watch.

  • Half an hour, onlineYour formats, your allowances, your volume.
  • Your own scorecardPhotograph a completed card beforehand and we will run it live. If it struggles, you will see that too.
  • A straight answer on costPriced on player-rounds. Bring a rough monthly number and we will tell you the tier on the call.
One player-round is one player's score for one round. A four-player card is four. A guess is fine.
