Your club's colours, your club's badge, on every result

A club spends years building an identity, and then publishes its competition results on something that looks like a software company. This is about fixing that, and it is configured for your club as part of an implementation rather than switched on in a standard account.

What this page is describing.

The demo below is a working, synthetic preview of a branded result on two invented clubs. Branding is delivered as project work under the Branded Club and Club Platform implementation packages — a new ScribbleScore account does not arrive with it. Everything on leaderboards and results works today regardless.

Switch between two invented clubs and the ScribbleScore default. What changes is everything a member sees; what does not change is what a member has to do.

What changes with the club

  • Colours and badgeApplied across scoring, results and the home-screen icon.
  • The addressscoring.rooiberggolf.co.za rather than a supplier's domain.
  • What members doNothing. It is still a link, and still needs no account.

Rooiberg Golf Club and Kleinbaai Links are invented, and so are the players.

What gets branded

Where your identity actually lands

Not a logo dropped in a corner. The parts a member looks at.

Colours and badge

Your club colours across the scoring and results experience, with your badge in the header of every result a member opens. Chosen so that contrast still passes accessibility standards — if a club colour is unreadable as text, we use it as a surface instead of shipping something nobody can read.

The home-screen app

Icons and a manifest so that when a member adds it to their home screen, it is your club's badge on their phone and your name underneath it, opening full screen without browser chrome.

Sponsor placements

Configured for the result header and the prize-giving slides, so a sponsor gets something describable in a follow-up email. See sponsor presentation.

Result templates

Matched to how your club actually announces a competition, in the order and language your members already recognise from the noticeboard.

Also configured

Season standings and member history

Two things clubs almost always want once branding is on the table, and both are configured to your rules rather than assumed.

Why these are not defaults.

Best six rounds, best eight, drop the worst two, count everything — all of these are in use at South African clubs, and none of them is more correct than the others. A default would be wrong for most clubs and quietly wrong for the rest, so it is set up with you instead.

What it takes

Inside the Branded Club implementation

A once-off project fee, separate from the recurring licence, quoted against your club's actual scope.

Questions

About branding

Can the results carry our club's branding?

Yes, as implementation work. Your club's colours, logo and icons are applied across the scoring and results experience, including the home-screen app, so what a member opens looks like your club rather than like a supplier.

This is configured for your club under the Branded Club or Club Platform implementation packages. It is not switched on in a standard account.

Can results live on our own domain?

Yes, under the Club Platform implementation package. Results can be served from an address like scoring.yourclub.co.za.

You add one DNS record, and the certificate is issued and renewed automatically after that. Club result routes are set not to be indexed, so putting results on your own domain does not put your members into search results.

Can we put sponsors on the results?

Yes, configured for your club during implementation. Sponsor branding can appear on the result page players open, between pages on the clubhouse screen, and on the prize-giving slides.

Sponsor links carry the appropriate rel attributes, so a paid placement never quietly passes search authority.

Can we share the result as a QR code?

A printed QR code for the bar, the tee box or the prize table is set up for your club during implementation.

Sharing the result link is available today from any phone, using the device's own share sheet, and works with WhatsApp, email or anything else on the phone.
