Club Plus
up to 500 player-rounds a month · about 125 cards
A player-round is one player's score processed for one round. Card equivalents assume four players to a fourball card. A club running one big monthly medal and a club running four small midweek competitions do a similar amount of work, and should not pay wildly different amounts for it. All prices exclude VAT.
Based entirely on processing volume, not on the number of competitions you run.

Every recurring tier is available annually at twelve months for the price of ten. Monthly allowances reset each month and do not roll over. If you go past your allowance we move you to the tier that fits and tell you before we do. We do not cut a competition off half way through prize giving, and we do not bill a surprise.
The recurring price buys the software. Implementation is the work of making it fit your club, and it is quoted against your actual scope so that a society running standard competitions is not subsidising a club that wants its own domain and the clubhouse screens.
We would rather quote your club than publish a number and then negotiate away from it. What each package covers is set out in full below, including what it does not, so you can see exactly what you would be asking us to price.
For a society or a club running its own competitions on the standard experience.
For a club that wants results to look like the club, not like a supplier.
For a club running a full calendar, on its own address, on the clubhouse screens.
For groups, unions and operators running scoring across more than one club.
Implementation is a once-off project fee, separate from the recurring licence above, and it is quoted against your actual scope rather than sold at a list price. Discounts are never combined: where more than one applies, the best single discount is used. Add-ons and custom integrations are quoted outside the standard scope.
The same product a club runs — scanning, exception review, scoring, live results and the published leaderboard — set up for your society or your day, and quoted on a society or golf-day basis rather than sold off a price list.

Count player-rounds, not competitions. Multiply the field by the number of times you run it.

Not sure? Bring a rough number to the demo and we will tell you the tier on the call. Guessing high is not in our interest: you would notice within a month.
One player's score processed for one round. A four-player card is four player-rounds.
We price on player-rounds rather than on competitions because that is what actually varies. A club running one big monthly medal and a club running four small midweek competitions do a similar amount of work, and should not pay wildly different amounts for it.

Yes. Every club tier is available annually at twelve months for the price of ten.
Society and golf-day engagements are quoted individually, so any annual arrangement is part of that quote. Discounts are never combined: where more than one could apply, the best single one is used.
Because the recurring price buys the software, and implementation is the work of making it fit your club: loading your course, setting up your formats and allowances, importing your roster, configuring roles, training the people who will run it, and standing next to you for your first competition.
A society running standard competitions needs very little of that. A club that wants its own branding, its own domain and the clubhouse screens needs a great deal. Charging one blended price would mean the first club subsidising the second.
Because we would rather quote your club than publish a number and negotiate away from it. Implementation is scoped work, and what it costs depends on how many courses you play, how many formats you run, whether you want your own branding and domain, and how much training your people need.
What each package covers is set out in full on the pricing page, including what it deliberately does not, so you can see exactly what you would be asking us to price. Ask for a quote and you will get a number against your actual scope, not a list price with a discount attached.
Anything listed as outside the scope on the pricing page, and anything not written into an agreed scope. Add-ons and custom integrations are quoted separately.
We would rather tell you what a package excludes before you buy it than have the conversation afterwards.
